What You'll Do

• Maintains a positive, supportive relationship with each child and family, fostering open communication and cooperation.
• Develops and implements engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for our youngest learners.
• Ensures the physical safety and well-being of each child from arrival to departure, creating a secure and nurturing environment.
• Participates in regular training sessions to enhance professional development and program effectiveness.
• Ensures compliance with licensing requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all.

Requirements

• Mets/exceeds licensing requirements including:
• High energy.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Positive, reliable work ethic
• Passionate about working with children
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• A strong understanding of child development.
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
• Proof of training (certificates), and/or experience in working with children
• Documentation of citizenship
• Background Check
• TB Test

Nice to Have

• Holds CDA or other associate's degree or higher
• Current First Aid/CPR Certification
• Current Medication Administration Training (MAT)
