Early Childhood Lead Teacher

About the role

The Early Childhood Lead Teacher is responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in young children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum based on developmental milestones.
• Provide individualized attention to each child to meet their unique needs.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
• Assess children’s progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents about their child’s development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Valid Colorado teaching license or ability to obtain one within six months.
• At least two years of successful teaching experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay
