About the role
The Early Childhood Lead Teacher is responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in young children.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum based on developmental milestones.
- Provide individualized attention to each child to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
- Assess children’s progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents about their child’s development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Valid Colorado teaching license or ability to obtain one within six months.
- At least two years of successful teaching experience.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Skills
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices.

Pay
Salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 annually.
