Early Careers Talent Recruiting Coordinator - Tampa

About the role

The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator provides support and assists with executing Early Careers recruiting strategy and various customer-service aspects of the recruiting process. The coordinator supports recruiters by coordinating and managing recruiting events on campus, in office, and in market/geography—critical events that maintain and bolster the EY Early Careers brand in a competitive and dynamic landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identifies creative approaches to Early Careers recruiting support activities
• Utilizes the Early Careers Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and report on candidates or event activities
• Serves as a subject matter resource of EY Early Careers, facilitates event strategy, and maintains communication with EY teams
• Supports the relationship building process between candidates and EY professionals
• Liaises and manages communications with Campus Career Services Office and other external stakeholders to facilitate Early Careers recruiting activities
• Organizes and executes Early Careers events including but not limited to: on-campus events such as information sessions, EY branded events, career fairs, etc., in-office events such as candidate sell experiences, early-ID programs, internship events, etc., and EY programs such as National Intern Celebration, Future Leaders Summit, etc.
• Provides on-site support for recruiters and may stand in for recruiter when needed
• Liaises with client service teams to solicit help, provide awareness, and provide instructions for various Early Careers events
• Communicates with client service teams to provide recruiting updates, inquiries, and instructions
• Maintains calendar of Early Careers events
• Liaises with TA2 Activation Center for consistency in strategy and messaging
• Maintains knowledge of EY Early Careers strategy, branding, and messaging and supports the creation and use of US-wide templates, procedures, and initiatives

Skills and attributes

• Works closely with recruiters and recruiting client service teams to build relationships that are leveraged to raise issues, concerns or questions to recruiters and senior members of the recruiting team that influence candidate selection and may influence strategy
• Responsible for working with recruiters and groups to maintain relationships and make necessary adjustments with direction as appropriate and may make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
• Works efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail
• Works with teams in different office locations and promotes teamwork
• Strong event planning and logistics skills
• Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing high quality results
• Strong organizational skills

• Cumulative compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business
• Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $46,000 to $83,600
• Base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $55,200 to $95,000
