The successful candidate will act as the operational engine behind the team—combining campus recruiting expertise, continuous improvement, analytics, project management, and automation capabilities to transform manual processes into scalable, technology-enabled ways of working while maintaining strong governance and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, controls, and governance.
  • Lead process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement scalable operating procedures, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Evaluate existing ways of working and recommend solutions that improve quality, speed, consistency, and stakeholder experience.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Drive operational excellence across large-scale campus recruiting programs.
  • Identify manual, repetitive, and time-intensive recruiting and operational processes.
  • Design and implement practical automation solutions using existing business tools and technologies (Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Copilot, AI tools).
  • Create scalable processes that improve efficiency without requiring enterprise-level technology development.
  • Automate reporting, data validation, audit checks, candidate tracking, and operational workflows.
  • Develop solutions that balance efficiency gains with strong governance and risk controls.
  • Track and communicate measurable efficiency improvements, time savings, and operational impact.
  • Lead operational and transformation projects supporting campus recruiting delivery and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate implementation of new tools, processes, and operating models.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully embed change and drive adoption.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting and dashboards.
  • Utilize Power Query to automate data collection, transformation, and reporting.
  • Analyze recruiting, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting and business insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Establish robust data management, validation, and quality control processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on campus recruiting operations and program delivery.
  • Support initiatives across internships and other early careers pathways.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to improve candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, hiring readiness, and operational planning efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness through process, technology, and analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Campus Recruiting, Early Careers, Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, or Recruiting Project Management.
  • Experience managing large-scale recruiting programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience developing operational reporting and performance measurement frameworks.

Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, data modelling, dashboard creation, advanced Power Query.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex operational issues into scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders and driving change without direct authority.

Pay

The initial expected remuneration for this role is $95,900 - $127,900, plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
