Responsibilities
- Oversee university recruiting (full-time and internship) for universities in the geography
- Work with internal hiring managers and teams to market roles, source and evaluate candidates, and identify attraction strategies
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with external stakeholders (university personnel, career centers)
- Manage overall candidate lifecycle and communication (marketing, sourcing, assessment, offer and attraction processes)
- Create reports and analyze data to evaluate university recruiting efforts, providing data-driven insights on our investments
- Proactively research, identify, and communicate market trends
- Understand and market CRA’s unique value proposition as an employer, suggest and execute cultivation and brand-building events
- Coordinate logistics and participate in campus-related events
- Coordinate internal recruitment activities for specific internal groups/practices, including customization of interview schedules and recruiting teams
- Track all relevant recruiting data within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Participate in broader TA projects and initiatives, contribute creative ideas, and provide process improvement suggestions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant full-time work experience
- 1-3 years related work experience with university recruiting in a complex, fast-paced and high-volume business (professional services preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) desirable
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting technology (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Curious and analytical thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated high level of initiative, problem-solving and leadership
- Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities
- Excellent time management, task prioritization, and detail orientation
- Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Flexibility for evening events, occasional weekend work, and periodic overnight travel

Pay
A good-faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Starting pay within this range may vary based on factors such as education level, experience, skills, geographic location, market conditions, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
CRA offers a flexible work schedule, with individuals spending 3 to 4 days a week on average working in the office (which may include traveling to another CRA office or to a client's location), with specific days determined in coordination with your practice or team.
