About the role

The Actuarial Delivery Group (ADG) is a growing team within the North American Retirement Line of Business focused on operational excellence and systems expertise. ADG colleagues work as integrated members of client teams across offices, delivering high-quality and efficient services for Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and post-retirement welfare plans. Key responsibilities include annual actuarial funding and accounting valuations, corporate reporting and disclosure, government forms, and a variety of special projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate and actively engage in training sessions
• Perform actuarial valuations and prepare valuation reports
• Conduct data analysis and reconciliations of pension plan participant data
• Perform pension benefit calculations using established spreadsheets or proprietary plan administration systems
• Prepare government reporting forms and annual employee benefit statements
• Support special projects as ad-hoc needs arise
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Respond to requests and communications effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

Actuarial credentials are not required for colleagues in the ADG, and as a result, ADG colleagues are not eligible for the exam program.
