Full-Time EAP Clinician

Responsibilities
- Telephone triage of clients using evidence-based clinical tools
- EAP Counseling: up to 8 sessions, face-to-face and via telehealth
- Utilize excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, for clinical assessment purposes and services delivery
- Knowledge of clinical delivery systems including Brief Intervention, CBT, Behavioral Activation, and Crisis Intervention
- Organize and maintain clinical documentation (protected health information) in an electronic database
- Maintain monitoring and responding to calls after hours and on weekends for one week, every 4-6 weeks
- Telephonic assessment of safety risk, intervention, and resourcing
Credentials
- MFT or LCSW or LPC (Required)
Education or Equivalent Experience
- Master of Arts or Science (Required)
- 3+ years post-graduate clinical experience (required)
