About the role
This role supports our CEO and Operations Director. You'll start by managing their travel, calendars, and email, and take on more responsibilities as you grow.
Responsibilities
- Own travel, calendars, and scheduling for the CEO and Ops Director - booked right, nothing falls through the cracks.
- Triage the inbox: handle what doesn't need a founder’s attention, draft the rest, and keep threads moving.
- As you ramp up, help run board prep, quarterly OKRs, the monthly townhall, and follow-ups.
- Own the loose ends no one else does, and close them.
- Flag bottlenecks and risks that others miss.
Requirements
- Sharp: get to the point of a messy situation fast and learn quickly.
- Proactive: sort things out instead of waiting to be told.
- Careful: details don’t slip; the flight is in the right name.
- Unfussy: happy to book a trip and prep a board doc in the same hour.
- Discreet: comfortable around board, compensation, and strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken English.
- A few years in something demanding—EA, consulting, operations, or a startup.
Skills
- Sharp problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Benefits
- Equity in Teton (warrants).
- Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.
- A role where you can make a significant impact on healthcare delivery.
- Work with the smartest people, and opportunity to learn from your peers.
