Our Executive Operations Office supports our leadership team in focusing, aligning, and moving quickly.
Responsibilities
- Partner with designated Executive Team members to help them stay focused on priorities and execute more effectively.
- Manage complex calendars with strong judgment and an understanding of business priorities.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters quickly and proactively, and follow through on projects through completion.
- Organize and facilitate large team meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, agendas, and priority meetings.
- Track commitments, deadlines, and responsibilities, and follow up with the appropriate people to keep work moving.
- Serve as a trusted point of coordination across teams, leaders, and key internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or executive team members.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- High judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive matters.
- Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Energetic, proactive, and a service-oriented mindset.

Benefits
Final compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, work location, and projected impact. The total compensation package may include equity compensation, discretionary annual or performance bonuses, sales incentives, benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
Pay
The starting cash range for this role is $120,000 - $200,000. Please note that this is a target starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. Final compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, work location, and projected impact.
Schedule
This role is based at our South San Francisco, CA headquarters.
