Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain E3800 Series Mills and accessories.
• Assist with engineering services and custom build requests.
• Support product catalog management and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with engineering team to improve laboratory equipment processes.

Requirements

• Experience with laboratory equipment, specifically mills and shakers.
• Knowledge of E3800 Series accessories (cutter heads, rotating blades, stationary blades, sieves, enclosures).
• Ability to handle technical documentation and product specifications.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Familiarity with Eberbach product lines (reciprocal shakers, orbital shakers, blenders, stirrers, grinders).
• Strong communication skills for international customer support.

Skills

• Technical troubleshooting of milling and blending equipment.
• Customer service and order management.
• Ability to read and interpret product manuals and spare parts lists.
