About the role
The Clinical Supplies department is managed by you, ensuring the efficient handling of clinical supplies used in clinical trials. You'll be responsible for maintaining the department's clinical supplies database, evaluating protocols, coding samples, and storing approved materials according to regulatory and good manufacturing practices guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement E2E supply plans for clinical compounds
- Identify underlying assumptions for Kit/DP/API supply plans through the cS&OP process
- Create optimal end-to-end drug product and drug substance supply strategies to minimize waste while meeting timelines and needs
- Collaborate with Supply Network Capacity Planners and Plant Schedulers to schedule batches in the CSC supply network
- Drive process improvements and ensure portfolio timelines and business performance goals are met
- Support cross-functional and cross-departmental projects to enhance business processes
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business or science
- Experience with supply planning processes such as inventory management, supply chain management, and production planning
- Strong leadership skills, including managing complexity, conflict resolution, and identifying process gaps
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Insight into a clinical supply environment in a pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with GMP and Quality management systems

Pay
The anticipated base pay range for this position is €60,000.00 - €96,255.00. Additional benefits include:
