Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain a PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory Plan)
- Improve processes
- Exceed company service level expectations
- Define opportunities to reduce costs
- Define inventory needs to support customer replenishment and event execution
- Obtain, analyze, and interpret supply chain relevant data from multiple sources
- Define factory orders to ensure an adequate supply of finished product for required forecasted demand
- Track factory production, inbound shipments, and customer orders to expectations
- Ensure production is on time and define solutions as failures occur
- Successfully deliver New Product through the stages of Capacity Evaluation, Ramp Up Production & In Market Delivery
- Career transfer between factories
- Maintain reports critical to business function, including financial forecast, inventory projections, and service performance
- Capture failures, root cause, corrective action, and document accountability
- Build relationships throughout supply chain to recognize and address process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate Global Capacity Planning to deliver aggressive 98% SL, and assess capacity expansion needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, or related field preferred OR equivalent experience
- 2-4 years supply chain experience and related experience with retail sales, marketing, transportation, distribution, purchasing, or manufacturing
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability a must
- Strong attention to detail required
- Effective project management skills and team leadership skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications with advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrate statistical, analytical and mathematical aptitude
- Able to develop and manage metrics that drive performance
- Strong interpersonal skills to work on a fast paced multi-tasked team
- Able to work in a process driven environment where priorities change rapidly with firm deadlines
- SAP Experience a plus
- Able to travel periodically as needed
