Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory data reporting requirements for E-Mobility programs.
  • Maintain and manage regulatory deadlines.
  • Build dashboards and reports related to regulatory data reporting requirements, collaborating with Digital Products as needed.
  • Maintain usage data from third-party contractors and electric vehicle station equipment (EVSE) networks, reporting on this data regularly in collaboration with Digital Products.
  • Support multiple program teams to ensure Con Edison’s E-Mobility incentive programs (including EV charging, micromobility charging, and operating cost relief programs) comply with all Public Service Commission data reporting requirements.
  • Work across program teams and collaborate with Digital Products to develop processes and procedures around data acquisition, data integrity, compliance, and internal & external data reporting.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Company’s third-party data aggregator for infrastructure incentive programs requiring usage data reporting on all installed projects.
  • Communicate with program participants and third-party aggregators to validate data.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Digital Products, to identify gaps in data collection processes or tools and propose solutions.
  • Support implementation of improvements to E-Mobility platform functionality to intake and report on third-party data.
  • Lead the data upload cycle with third-party data aggregators for infrastructure incentive programs.
  • Create monthly and semi-annual/annual reporting for the Company’s EV operational cost relief incentive programs to internal and regulatory stakeholders.
  • May support EV operational cost relief incentive program QA/QC functions and data standardization initiatives.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor regulatory compliance and provide meaningful reporting to internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Support cross-functional technology and business communications and collaboration between multiple Con Edison organizations.
  • Work effectively and lead cross-functional teams responsible for new department initiatives as they arise.
  • Support problem-solving and strategic initiatives related to platforms and tools for the department.
  • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
  • Ensure safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of work experience.
  • Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity; comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues who have a diverse set of experiences and approaches to drive business results.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities and proven successful management of detailed, complex initiatives.
  • Proficient in PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
  • Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory as needed.
  • Driver’s License required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines.
  • 3 years (Bachelor’s) or 2 years (Master’s) of utility or other business work experience building tools and reports.
  • Experience with creation of dashboards, reports, and analytical reporting.
  • Experience managing successful implementation of IT projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Python, SQL, R, or Power Query M.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools and developing effective prompts for analytical applications.
  • Strong communications, presentation, writing, and analytical skills.

Additional Information

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
