About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to strengthen our healthcare compliance program through data-driven monitoring and analytics. This role will focus on translating regulatory requirements and risk insights into actionable dashboards, key risk indicators (KRIs), and reporting that support effective oversight of commercial activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
- Understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance laws and regulations (e.g., promotional practices, interactions with HCPs)
- Clinical Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification preferred
- Experience in compliance, monitoring, analytics, or commercial operations
- Strong expertise in building dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience developing key risk indicators (KRIs) and compliance reporting frameworks
- 0-5% U.S. travel required
Pay
The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $103,300.00-$141,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
