About the role
Provide phone, chat, and email technical support to Canvas users, including faculty and students. Assist eLearning staff with special projects.
Responsibilities
- Greet people entering the eLearning suite.
- Assist visitors in locating offices.
- Provide technical support for Canvas and Zoom users.
- Guide users on common tasks in Canvas and Zoom.
- Answer calls and resolve technical issues.
- Direct calls to the appropriate staff or departments.
- Respond to emails in the eLearning account.
- Create and update technical support documentation.
- Use Microsoft 365 tools and learn new technologies quickly.
- Provide training support to eLearning staff.
- Handle special projects as needed.
