Responsibilities

• Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods in the developing of training programs for domestic and international locations for existing and new staff which are job specific, company specific and general topics.
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).
• Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders.
• Develop and edit online learning material and content.
• Assist in the creation of instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
• Test process with different subjects.

Qualifications

• User-Interface (UI) and Graphic Design skills.
• Experience using a variety of design tools, including but not limited to Camtasia and software within the Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Audition.
• Skills in Html, CSS, JavaScript and Web Design.
• BS or MA degree in instructional design, communications and media production, or similar.
