Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and electrical equipment and systems according to established procedures.
• Performs troubleshooting and root cause analyses of machine and system issues.
• Utilizes manuals, work orders, hand and power tools, and measuring instruments to complete tasks.
• Assembles, disassembles, replaces, and calibrates machinery and parts as needed.

Requirements

• Ensures reliability of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Perform tasks including, but not limited to, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Assembles, installs, adjusts, and calibrates mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment.
• Dismantles, repairs, rebuilds, and replaces equipment and parts as needed.
• Adheres to all plant safety policies.
• Participate in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing programs.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
• State Electrician Journeyman license
• Technical degree and/or comparable experience in Industrial Electricity and Instrumentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with instrumentation and control systems.
• Knowledge and skills as demonstrated in the Qualifications section.

Pay

Starting salary for position: $50.75 per hour.
