E-Discovery Attorney
About the role
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working on e-discovery matters and document review, and an interest in developing deeper expertise in litigation technology, document collection and review management, and discovery strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with document collection, early case assessment, review, and production;
- Coordinating and managing document review teams, including contract reviewers;
- Assisting with preparation and negotiation of ESI protocols, confidentiality orders, and discovery schedules.
Requirements
Familiarity with Relativity and similar e-discovery platforms is required. Pennsylvania bar admission preferred.
