Litigation & E-Discovery Paralegal

About the role

This specialized law firm is in the market for a tech-savvy Litigation & E-Discovery Paralegal capable of utilizing the latest software programs to manage complex cases. Your focus in this role will be e-discovery and litigation support for attorneys working in intellectual property law.

Responsibilities

• Process and review incoming discovery documents
• Maintain the document management software
• Organize and code large volumes of discovery materials
• Create exhibits, witness binders, and presentation materials
• Track case progress
• Conduct research
• Docket deadlines

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in IP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong technical skills and AI experience
• Strong knowledge of e-discovery, case management, and complex litigation
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred; Equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of a degree
