About the role
This specialized law firm is in the market for a tech-savvy Litigation & E-Discovery Paralegal capable of utilizing the latest software programs to manage complex cases. Your focus in this role will be e-discovery and litigation support for attorneys working in intellectual property law.
Responsibilities
- Process and review incoming discovery documents
- Maintain the document management software
- Organize and code large volumes of discovery materials
- Create exhibits, witness binders, and presentation materials
- Track case progress
- Conduct research
- Docket deadlines
Requirements
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in IP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong technical skills and AI experience
- Strong knowledge of e-discovery, case management, and complex litigation
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred; Equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of a degree
