Job Summary
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and strategic sides of digital marketing — someone who can translate campaign strategy into engaging content, paid media initiatives, partnership opportunities, SEO-driven visibility, and measurable business impact. You’ll work closely with senior marketing leadership to align social media, influencer, partnership, paid digital, and brand marketing initiatives with broader revenue and growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Campaign & Social Strategy Integration
- Align social initiatives with campaign objectives, paid media efforts, and revenue goals
- Identify opportunities to support performance marketing strategies
- Ensure consistency across NYC and portfolio-wide campaigns and messaging
- Create visually compelling digital content, including social media graphics, paid advertisements, promotional materials, and branded collateral
- Paid Media:
- Partner with marketing and brand teams to monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend optimizations to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
- Influencer & Partnership Strategy
- Develop influencer, creator, and partnership strategies that drive engagement and awareness
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, brands, and strategic partners
- Lead content collaboration initiatives that generate measurable impact
- SEO / GEO / Discoverability
- Support local SEO and GEO-focused marketing initiatives
- Align content with discoverability and search strategies
- Explore emerging AI-driven content and marketing opportunities
- Support digital marketing initiatives through audience targeting, A/B testing, budget pacing, keyword optimization, and performance reporting
- Social Growth & Platform Strategy
- Identify social trends, platform updates, and growth opportunities
- Test innovative formats and evolving platform strategies
- Expand audience reach, engagement, and community presence
- Performance & Insights
- Track social, creator, and influencer performance metrics
- Deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing/eCommerce, Sales, Operations and on property teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ecommerce strategies with broader digital advertising and promotional campaigns
- Ensure alignment across paid, organic, partnership, and social efforts
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or partnerships
- Hospitality, lifestyle, or travel industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital trends
- Familiarity with SEO, GEO, discoverability strategies, and emerging AI marketing trends and the Koddi Platform
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Photoshop/Adobe knowledge preferred
- Koddi travel advertising platform experience not required, but preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- An analytical mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance
