Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the EFA website and related digital platforms
- Maintaining and improving user experience (UX) and conversion rates
- Collaborating with editorial and social teams for content updates
- Managing and improving website structure, navigation, and page performance
- Coordinating technical updates, integrations, and external service providers
- Monitoring website KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement)
- Deriving actions based on monitoring results
- Supporting digital growth initiatives and campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in website management, e-commerce, or digital product roles
- Strong understanding of UX, conversion optimization, and web analytics
- Confident use of CMS systems and digital tools (Shopify experience preferred)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical way of working
- Hands-on mentality and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
- Fluency in English (German a plus)
