E-Commerce Web Call Counselor

Primary Responsibilities

• Field incoming sales and service calls regarding eCommerce orders for boxes, moving supplies, and hitches – this includes phone, email, and live chat communications.
• Aid customers and U-Haul dealers with placing retail orders as well as any issues/questions/concerns they may have regarding existing orders.
• Communicate with our fulfillment warehouses and vendors to ensure order accuracy and to resolve any order discrepancies.
• Provide customer service to U-Haul dealers and retail customers alike.
• Aid Web Sales Program Manager regarding web orders and products.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with a wide variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Work well in groups and individually
• Must be able to multi-task
