E-commerce Specialist - Order Processing & Operations

About the role
Join our growing E-commerce team as an E-Commerce Specialist focused on order processing and operations. This full-time, onsite position in Honolulu is ideal for a detail-oriented individual interested in eCommerce operations, online retail, and website content management. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate who demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate web and phone orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work with multiple departments to ensure timely fulfillment of online customer orders.
- Review and verify order information to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
- Prepare and process Special Orders contracts, Rework orders, and other related documents.
- Assist with website maintenance, product setup, content updates, and other eCommerce operational tasks.
- Assist with publishing and maintaining website content, including basic SEO-related updates.
- Learn and support additional operational functions and provide backup support as training and business needs evolve.
- Support daily eCommerce operations and department initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay
From $22.00 per hour.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday. Occasional weekends during peak seasons. Typical 8-hour shift falls between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Final schedule will be determined based on training progress and business needs.
