Excellent. Let me tell you about the position.We are hiring a part-time E-commerce Operations Assistant (contract). We ship surgical and veterinary instruments to hospitals, clinics, universities, and research labs across the Us What you will actually do, in order of importance:1. Ship the day's orders. Pick, pack, and label in ShippingEasy (UPS, USPS, FedEx), hand off to our regular UPS driver, and drop small batches at the UPS or USPS store when needed. Right item, right quantity, right lot, every time.2. Own the inventory. Receive vendor shipments, check them piece by piece against what we ordered, put stock away in its labeled place, keep counts accurate in our system, and catch low stock items before anyone else notices.3. Grow into purchasing. Once you know the products and the vendors, you will help create purchase orders and track inbound stock. For someone who likes systems, this is the naturally interesting next step.This is a stable, consistent role with the same rhythm, the same standards, and steadily growing responsibility. I am not looking for someone passing through on the way to something else. I am looking for someone who takes pride in doing this work well, every day.**Must-haves:**Exact by nature: you double-check, you count, you notice when a number is offLive in the Phoenix area (in-office role, North Phoenix)Own vehicle for occasional package drop-offs, and a laptopAble to lift 25-30 lb boxes occasionally and be on your feet part of the dayReliable weekday mornings,/ afternoons since shipping happens before carrier cutoffs**Nice-to-haves:**any experience with ShippingEasy or ShipStation, Shopify or BigCommerce, QuickBooks, or medical and lab products.**Hours:**Part-Time 15-20 hrs per week.
