The Position: E-Commerce Assistant The E-Commerce assistant will help lead E-commerce activities for Aluf Plastics. This position will direct, manage, coordinate, and guide activities in, listing, marketing, and regulatory compliance. The E-Commerce assistant is responsible for ensuring that communications meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for cost, quality, and responsiveness. This position will serve as a member of the Sales Business Unit and is a key decision maker who is expected to collaborate with multiple departments and individuals. The incumbent must have an ability to listen, guide, motivate, and build strong and trusting relationships. *Amazon Vendor central experience highly required* The E-Commerce Assistant Requires Experience With Amazon Vendor / Seller central experience***:Data managementOperational performance / compliance analysisFBA shipment management As well as Product launch experience, thorough understanding of Amazon A9AMS – pay per click optimization, experience with automation software.Enhanced brand content/ A+; optimization of listingsChannel management software - SellerCloud preferred.Inventory and sales report analysisMarketing - craft creative/ persuasive copy and collateralExperience with Walmart Item 360, Walmart Seller Center, Home Depot IDM, TikTokAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic workplace.Experience with Microsoft Excel reports & formulas required Account Management Skills Consisting Of Product / Market analysisCommunicating with stakeholdersCharisma, character, and negotiation skills Work Schedule Full time salary position Monday through Friday, daytime hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm.
