E-Commerce Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Coordinator supports Parts.Cat.Com, Cat Central, and other E-Commerce platforms. Responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone and email to handle requests and troubleshoot issues. The role involves understanding the client's business needs and implementing strategies to assist in achieving those goals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A college degree in a related field preferred
• Knowledge of CAT products preferred
• Experience and knowledge of operating a computer and Microsoft applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
