E-Com Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of dropship and parcel fulfillment processes
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring high performance and team morale
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to optimize processes
• Cook with and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Develop and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Address and resolve any service issues or customer complaints promptly
• Conduct regular audits and reporting to assess inventory and system accuracy
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in e-commerce technology

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or logistics
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong understanding of dropship and parcel shipping practices
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

• Experience in high-volume warehouse management
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and software tools
• Certifications in supply chain management or logistics
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
