E Clinical Pharmacist

Qualifications

• N/A Education
• PHRM - Pharmacist License/Certification
• Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Pharmacy Practice PGY1 residency (Preferred)
• 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience serving a variety of patient types

Requirements

• Licensure/Certification: Board Certification through Board of Pharmacy Specialties
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and various OSF HealthCare personnel
• Analytical skills necessary to determine drug appropriateness and evaluate drug interactions
• Demonstrated skills in independent problem solving, decision-making abilities, and prioritization/delegation
• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of growth and development as well as the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed information in an accurate manner
• Competency in the use of an electronic medical record system

Pay

Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Schedule

This position will offer remote work to the incumbent who resides within 65 miles of an OSF location. This remote work schedule is subject to change and is at discretion of pharmacy leadership.
