Requirements

- Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Arizona
- Hospital experience desirable

Pay
$118,249 - $177,465 / year; Consideration of education, experience, and tenure when job offers are extended.
Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday through Friday: 2:00pm to 10:30pm
- Every third weekend: 2:00pm to 10:30pm and holiday rotation
