E-Business Solutions Manager

About the role

Manages development, testing, and deployment of e-business solutions (including dropship, business-to-business (B2B), marketplace, etc). Collaborates with external and internal e-business and technical groups.

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors and reports on e-business solutions and budget line items.
• Serves as senior technical liaison with the Information Technology (IT) management team managing integrations with all e-business solutions.
• Provides technical advisory support on architecture and solution assessment tasks.
• Leads and directs the planning and development of e-business solutions developing strategic partnerships with suppliers/retailers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience integrating business processes and industry standards with technology solutions, with a minimum of five years of experience in e-business, customer care, logistics, operations, and/or technology.
• Bachelor's degree and six years of experience integrating business processes and industry standards with technology solutions, with a minimum of five years of experience in e-business, customer care, logistics, operations, and/or technology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Preferred major/minor: Business Administration, Business Management, or Computer Science.
• Work location: Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas); remote/telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person Work”; PCS not authorized; LSP not authorized.
