What Does a Day as a E-Branch Service Agent Look Like?
- Assist members with financial transactions via phone, email, and web
- Meet and exceed established member service standards in all interactions
- Answer phones efficiently while maintaining service standards
- Maintain accurate and complete account information
- Work directly with members to help them achieve financial growth through product referrals
- Provide excellent service through digital interactions
Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (covered on a rotating basis)
- Saturday pay available (time and a half)
Requirements
- A high school education or GED
- 6 months or more of financial institution experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prompt, accurate, friendly, and professional service to all members and coworkers
