What Does a Day as a E-Branch Service Agent Look Like?

• Assist members with financial transactions via phone, email, and web
• Meet and exceed established member service standards in all interactions
• Answer phones efficiently while maintaining service standards
• Maintain accurate and complete account information
• Work directly with members to help them achieve financial growth through product referrals
• Provide excellent service through digital interactions

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (covered on a rotating basis)
• Saturday pay available (time and a half)

Requirements

• A high school education or GED
• 6 months or more of financial institution experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prompt, accurate, friendly, and professional service to all members and coworkers
