E Banking Specialist (Temporary Assignment)

About the role

Rockland Trust is searching for an E-Banking Specialist (Temporary Assignment).

Responsibilities

• Achieve the integrity and accuracy of the electronic processes of Rockland Trust.
• Assist in the daily operations of all phases of Electronic Banking including but not limited to Automated Clearing House (ACH), Online Banking and Bill Pay, Positive Pay.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
• Achieve and maintain the setup and maintenance of ACH processing, online banking and bill pay.
• Set up new products such as ACH origination, Positive Pay and tax payments.
• Manage cash management queue.
• Stay updated on changes to ACH rules and regulations.
• Handle OLB messages, contact notes, name and address changes, title changes.
• Support branches, CIC, other business units and customers with inquiries related to eBanking.
• Comply with all compliance-related regulations related to Deposit Operations.
• Perform miscellaneous testing and projects as requested.

Requirements

• Show strong analytical skills to evaluate the interconnectivity and accuracy of data.
• Show working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Show ability to interpret a variety of instructions and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Show dependability, high organization, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Banking knowledge is a preferred.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
