About the role
With moderate supervision, this role performs first-tier operational and technical support for the E-Services Department. You will respond to telephone, secure messages, and email inquiries, monitor product usage and systems operation, and support Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, e-Statements, Mobile Deposits, online account opening, and other electronic services. Daily responsibilities include pulling reports to monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, assisting in systems configuration and maintenance, and serving as a product expert for all electronic banking services. You will also provide recommendations for updating department procedures, train staff and members on electronic banking features, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
This position is located at Corporate Headquarters in Downtown Baltimore. After 90 days, a hybrid schedule may be available.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve member digital banking support needs.
- Process online banking, business banking, bill pay, and eStatement registrations.
- Review, decision, and process online membership and deposit account applications.
- Monitor system performance and activities through various reports.
- Contact members to explain features and benefits of digital banking solutions.
- Collaborate with Electronic Banking Team Members to ensure efficient team processes.
- Complete daily file uploads and audits.
- Support other duties as needed or required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED in lieu of diploma).
- Three (3) years of customer service experience (required).
- Digital Banking experience (preferred).
- Project Management experience (preferred).

Pay
Salary range: $17.55 - $25.46 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this position, the successful candidate will regularly sit; use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, keyboards, or controls; talk and hear. Occasionally, the role requires standing, walking, reaching, stooping, or kneeling. Must regularly lift and/or move files and equipment up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision, the ability to adjust focus, and extended screen time.
