Your Role
Provide exceptional customer support for electronic banking services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online banking, mobile banking, and other electronic banking services
Communicate technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
Stay up-to-date with electronic banking systems and industry trends
Your Knowledge and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in banking or branch operations preferred
- 2 + years working on relevant bank systems, and a background with online banking very helpful
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
