- Primary: Dynatrace – Performance Engineering Analysis
- Secondary: .NET Core
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficient in Splunk: deployment, instrumentation, and leveraging the tool
- Experience with one or more supporting monitoring tools: Dynatrace, SiteScope, Catchpoint
- Knowledge of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts
- Proven experience in programming languages (Java and/or .NET)
- Proven experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring
- Proven experience in N-Tier Architecture supporting a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.)
- Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert for specific core monitoring tools
- Support and enhance monitoring capabilities using Splunk, Dynatrace, SiteScope, Catchpoint, and other tools
- Analyze and improve application/network performance and availability
- Work with N-Tier Architecture across various products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.)
- Communicate effectively and influence across multiple levels
- Demonstrate self-motivation, hands-on leadership, and strategic thinking
- Link business context to technical reality
