Roles And Responsibilities

• Guide effective use of agentic IDEs for complex, multi-module or cross-service changes.
• Establish review practices and quality checks for AI-generated code.
• Mentor team members on balancing autonomy, correctness, and maintainability in AI-assisted development.
• Design system architectures that support AI-augmented and agentic development workflows.
• Define guardrails, standards, and governance for the use of autonomous coding agents.
• Evaluate impact of agentic IDEs on SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, security posture, and technical debt.

Consulting & Leadership Expectations

• Act as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify gaps in monitoring and automation opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to lead workshops and executive reviews.
• Drive adoption and governance for observability practices.
• Able to handle critical production issues and war room scenarios.

AI & Automation Focus

• Leverage AI-driven insights (Davis AI) for:
• Intelligent ing and anomaly detection.
• Root cause identification.
• Predictive performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive monitoring and operational tasks.
• Integrate Dynatrace with automation frameworks and incident management systems.
• Drive adoption of AIOps practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills

• Mandatory Skills:
  • Experience in performance engineering / monitoring / observability.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Dynatrace platform: APM, Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetic Monitoring, Infrastructure monitoring (hosts, containers, Kubernetes), Log analytics and distributed tracing.
  • Strong understanding of Dynatrace AI capabilities.
  • Experience in cloud environments (preferably GCP).
  • Expertise in: Monitoring strategy & observability architecture, tuning, noise reduction, and incident correlation, Root cause analysis and performance diagnostics, Experience integrating Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools, Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, REST APIs, etc.).
• Nice to have Skills:
  • Experience With Other Observability Tools (AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic).
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, microservices architecture.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).
  • Experience in performance testing tools and practices.
  • Experience in enterprise or healthcare domain is a plus.
