What You’ll Do

• To efficiently assist in the set-up, filling, inspection and packaging of all Cast Booster products with respect to plant and site specific safety rules and quality standards
• Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations
• Live and foster the IPL Corporate Values
• Supports BEx initiatives and ensures participation from all areas of responsibility
• Ensure compliance with daily processing requirements
• Promote implementation of industry best practices, pursue the elimination of waste and support initiatives in manufacturing
• Responsible for quality inspections during packing procedures
• Product pouring and handing requirements
• Responsible for loading empty plastic canisters onto transport trays
• Manual fork lift operation for material movements
• Comply with applicable Housekeeping and 5S standards

What We’re Looking For

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred Manufacturing experience
• Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives
• Ability to work constructively in a designed team environment
• Ability to listen, understand and take technical data from others into consideration in making operational decisions
• Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal manner
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason when dealing with emotional topics
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis for issues in all of the various processes associated with manufacturing
