Dynamics Analyst - CRM

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day CRM data operations and maintain working knowledge of key data sets, source systems, and business processes supported through Dynamics.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve data accuracy and completeness issues across CRM workflows.
• Execute manual and bulk data updates in Dynamics, including import preparation, validation, exception handling, and follow-up research.
• Support company, contact, hierarchy, and governance-related maintenance work, including research-heavy updates that require cross-system review and business context.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, support project execution, validate outputs, and improve workflows and procedures that strengthen CRM data management practices.
