Dynamics 365 Technical Engineer - F&O / Power Platform
About the role
We have been exclusively retained by a well-established global manufacturer to hire a Dynamics 365 Technical Engineer for its Business Applications team, strengthening its internal Microsoft Dynamics development capabilities and supporting a growing global technology environment. This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building, debugging, and improving enterprise applications rather than simply designing solutions and handing them off. The primary focus will be Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and X++ development, with additional work across Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. The opportunity is particularly well suited for a developer who wants more ownership. You will work closely with experienced technical leadership, business analysts, and process optimization teams, while gradually becoming an internal technical owner of the Dynamics platform. There is also a natural path toward broader solution design and architecture responsibilities as your knowledge of the environment grows. This is a direct‑hire position based in Horsham, PA, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office.
