About the role
We are Germany's most popular holiday airline and we've been at it since day one and every day after that. We're constantly evolving. Inspiration comes from many sources. Condor is operating long-haul aircraft of the A330neo generation, which, thanks to the latest technology, consumes only 2.1 liters per passenger per 100 kilometers, offering European top-tier comfort. Since 2024, Condor will be renewing its entire short- and medium-haul fleet and is expected to have acquired around 43 new A32Xneo aircraft by the end of 2028.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute flight schedules
- Manage crew and ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety protocols
Requirements
- Valid pilot license
- Experience in flight management
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Passionate about aviation and travel
- Strong problem-solving skills
