About the role

The DME Fitter will perform in-clinic and hospital (pre- and post-surgical) fittings of various orthopedic devices.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff
  • Perform in-clinic and hospital (pre- and post-surgical) fittings of various orthopedic devices

Requirements

  • Education required: HS/GED
  • Experience: Minimum one-year full-time clinical experience in direct patient care setting

  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
  • Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and writing skills
