About the role

Join our Dunkin' Donuts team as an Overnight Baker/Finisher. You’ll work the night shift to bake, glaze, fill, and decorate donuts, bagels, and other treats, ensuring they’re fresh and ready for the morning rush. You’ll also manage inventory, maintain a clean work area, and uphold Dunkin' quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Midnight Baker – skillfully bake donuts, bagels, and other treats.
• Master of Finishing – glaze, fill, and decorate products.
• Guardian of Quality – uphold Dunkin' Donuts’ high standards for every batch.
• Inventory Night Watch – manage baking supplies and ingredients.
• Custodian of Cleanliness – keep the baking area immaculate and follow health and safety protocols.
• Nighttime Collaboration – work closely with fellow nocturnal team members in a supportive environment.
• Adaptable to Feedback – respond positively to guidance and maintain responsibility for night‑shift duties.
• Punctuality in the Moonlight – arrive on time for the overnight schedule.
• Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction – prepare fresh, high‑quality products for the morning crowd.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak, and understand).
• Basic math skills for precise recipe management and inventory control.
• Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely during the night shift.
