Responsibilities

• Skillfully bake donuts, bagels, and other treats, ensuring they're fresh and ready for the morning rush
• Artfully glaze, fill, and decorate products
• Uphold Dunkin' Donuts' high quality standards for every batch
• Manage baking supplies and ingredients, tracking inventory for nightly production
• Keep the baking area immaculate, adhering to health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with fellow overnight team members in a supportive, respectful environment
• Respond positively to guidance and maintain responsibility for night shift duties
• Maintain punctuality and schedule adherence
• Prepare fresh, high-quality products for the morning crowd with focus on guest satisfaction
• Tackle overnight challenges swiftly to maintain standards of excellence

• Implement restaurant standards and marketing initiatives with precision

Requirements

• At least 18 years old, available for overnight hours
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak, and understand)
• Basic math skills for recipe management and inventory control
• Capable of operating restaurant equipment safely during night shift
