Dune Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Dune Attendant to work in a beautiful oceanfront setting. This is a year-round position offering the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our members and guests while enjoying one of the resort’s most scenic locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to established standards.
• Process cash and credit-card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area.
• Replenish food, beverages, condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and responsible-service procedures.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Dune House and surrounding service area.
• Respond promptly to member and guest requests.
• Communicate effectively with culinary, food and beverage, and resort teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to accurately handle payments and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies as required.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
