About the role

As a Ductwork Installer, you’ll install, replace, modify, and repair residential ductwork systems to improve airflow, efficiency, and overall home comfort. This role is essential in supporting quality HVAC installations while ensuring every job is completed safely, professionally, and to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, modify, and repair residential ductwork systems
• Improve airflow and efficiency in residential HVAC systems
• Work safely and professionally in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and confined spaces
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and installation equipment
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Previous HVAC, ductwork, sheet metal, or residential construction experience preferred
• Experience installing or fabricating residential ductwork is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and installation equipment
• Professional, team-oriented attitude and drive to exceed expectations
• Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Pay

$28–$35 per hour, based on experience and performance. Additional earning potential through bonuses, spiffs, and incentives.

Schedule

Full-time, year-round. Monday–Friday with rotating weekends.
