Duck Creek Developer II - Policy

What You'll Do

• Design and develop web applications and services using software development best practices, including unit testing, continuous integration, and configuration management
• Coordinate configuration and testing with appropriate departments for client application release schedules
• Work with clients and team members to understand and interpret business requirements
• Develop custom Duck Creek solutions via ManuScript configuration
• Collaborate to understand business needs and translate them into ManuScript Inheritance structures, including design of technical components

What You'll Bring

• Maintain Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Have a thorough understanding of the Duck Creek Platform, including all components (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT)
• Have experience using Duck Creek Skins
• Have experience using C# based custom business objects
• Have experience using Duck Creek API
• Have full knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, including Agile environment
• Have solid understanding of logical programming, data structures, and design platforms
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly motivated, team player, and self-starter
• Be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Have strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Be able to take ownership of customer issues and see through to resolution
• Have 2+ years of experience with Duck Creek product lines
