About the role

Southern Company is one of the largest energy providers in the United States. Based in Atlanta, Southern Company owns electric utilities in four states, natural gas distribution utilities in seven states, a competitive generation company serving wholesale customers across America and a nationally recognized provider of customized energy solutions, as well as fiber optics and wireless communications.

Responsibilities

• Developing, supporting, and contributing to the design of integrations and extensions within Oracle HCM Cloud, and other tools as needed, and between HCM and various enterprise systems, applications, and databases.
• Ensuring seamless and efficient communication between different systems, enabling streamlined business processes and data synchronization.
• Working knowledge of data exchange, middleware, and API technologies.
• Production support for standard and custom components.
• Solution delivery of new enhancements and bug fixes.
• Configuration responsibilities.

Requirements

This position falls under the company’s Insider Threat Program and will have access to, and control over sensitive data, systems or assets.
