Dual Studio Manager

About the role

We are currently seeking a full-time Dual Studio Manager at JCPenney Portraits. The ideal candidate is creative, passionate about photography and sales, and enjoys working with infants, children, and adults.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the operation and staff of two portrait studios
• Schedule, hire, train, sell, and manage photography
• Develop and maintain the skills of Team Members
• Achieve results in sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2-5 years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
• Intermediate computer skills (navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel)

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Passion for photography and customer service

Skills

• Previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience
• Intermediate computer skills
