Dual Studio Manager

Creative individual who takes initiative and wants to be part of creating memories that last a lifetime, with a passion for photography and sales, working with infants, children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members
• Accountable for the studio's ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction)

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2–5 years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
• Intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel)

Pay

$22.00/Hour. Illinois: $19.83–$23.80. This position may be eligible for a bonus incentive.
