Dual Studio Manager

About the role

The Dual Studio Manager manages and leads the operation and staff of two portrait studios in a host environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members
• Accountable for the studio's ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction…)

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2-5 years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
• Intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel)

Pay

Pay Rate: $22.00/Hour. This position may be eligible for a bonus incentive, health benefits, a 401K program, and other employee perks. The compensation package is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience.
